Cancellation & Refund / 환불 및 취소

주말/공휴일/평일/성수기/비성수기와는 상관 없이 하기의 환불 규정에 따라 취소 및 환불이 이루어지고 있으니 예약 취소 시에 참고바랍니다.
 

6일 전 취소- 100% 환불
5-4일 전 취소- 50% 환불 
2-3일 전 취소- 40% 환불
1일 전 및 당일 취소- 환불 불가

We will always try to resell rooms if you must cancel your reservation following confirmation. Should you have to cancel your reservation or any part of your stay, the deposit for one night is non refundable. If not already actioned - the charge applies then. The full charge may be due for your reservation, if cancellation is before six days of arrival. A "no show" will be charged in full.

If a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the reservation date the cancellation takes place.
6 or more days prior to reserved date– 100% refund
5-4 days prior to reserved date – 50% refund
2-3 days prior to reserved date- 40% refund
A day before or the day of reserved date or no-show – no refund

Terms and conditions / 예약 및 이용 약관

케이하우스에서는 손님의 안전과 쾌적한 체재를 위하여 숙박약관 제11조에 의거 아래와 같이 이용 규칙을 정하고 있습니다. 이 규칙을 지켜주시지 않을 경우에는 동 약관 제12조에 의하여 숙박 내 시설물의 이용을 거절하고 손님에게 그 책임에 대한 부담을 요구하는 수가 있으니 특히 유의하여 주시길 바랍니다. 

1. 객실내에서는 난방용, 취사용 등의 화기 및 다리미 등의 사용, 또한 흡연을 금하고 있습니다.
2. 객실을 허가 없이 전시회 등의 영업행위, 사무실로서의 이용, 집회 또는 파티 등 숙박 외의 목적으로 사용하는 것을 금하고 있습니다.
3. 허가 없이 객실의 상태를 변경하거나 비품 등의 이동을 금하고 있습니다.
4. 도박, 풍기문란 행위 또는 다른 사람에게 불쾌감을 주는 행동을 금하고 있습니다.
5. 허가 없이 광고, 선전물의 배포, 물품의 판매 등을 금하고 있습니다.
6. 아래와 같은 물건의 반입을 금하고 있습니다. 
1) 개, 고양이, 새 등의 애완용 동물
2) 총포, 도검류, 방화 또는 인화성의 위험물
3) 악취를 풍기는 물건
4) 기타 법령에 의해 휴대가 금지되어 있는 물건
7. 비품을 파손할 시는 구입가의 1.5배를 요청할 수 있습니다.

We are a friendly and welcoming Guest House, and you will be treated to our warm hospitality and we are you sure you will enjoy your stay. These terms and conditions are to insure all our guests visits are of a high quality.

Please be aware once you have made a booking with us, regardless of the booking agent, you will be bound by the following terms and conditions listed below. Please also note if you have any special requirements you must inform us at the time of booking. For example if you suffer from any food allergies or conditions such as claustrophobia, problems with negotiating stairs or any disability which will impact your stay.

We will endeavour to do our best to accommodate most of your requirements. We always encourage guests to book early as this means we can have maximum flexibility in accommodating you. Inevitably due do circumstances beyond our control we cannot accommodate all requests. If you have not warned us in advance of any special requirements then we cannot be held liable afterwards.

Property/Guest House is Queens Guest House.

Guests are you and your party

1.The number of people who can enter the property must comply with the number of guests booked to stay in the guest house. Under special circumstances we will allow visitors but this must be approved by management. Approved visitors will need to register however brief the stay. Visitors are not allowed to stay the night or beyond certain times agreed with management beforehand.

2. Any luggage or personal belongings are the responsibility of guests. We allow luggage to be left for a few hours after check out, but we are not liable in the event of something going missing or being damaged.

3. The property is completely non-smoking. You may smoke outside the main gate.

4. Pets may be allowed after confirming with management.

5. Any damage caused to the property by any guest will render them liable to the full cost of repair and replacement.

Please note any transgressions to the above rules or damage caused by guests will be liable to financial penalties. $100 / 100,000won for smoking inside the property and at owner’s discretion for anything else. We reserve the right to cancel any stay or booking found to be in violation of our terms and conditions, or behaving in an anti-social manner, which upsets other guests and staff. Please note these terms and conditions are to make sure everyone has a great time while staying at our guest house.
